The edible New Mexico Smackdowns have one simple goal: determining the best grassfed dish, hand-held burrito, and green chile cheeseburger in New Mexico. We invite chefs to toss their spatulas in the ring, throw down, and become the reigning champs. Thanks to our attendees and their iron stomachs, the Smackdowns have become some of New Mexico’s favorite annual foodie events—and they sell out every year!
