Growing up in the Midwest, Jason was always seeking out different cuisine. After attaining a degree from Kendall College, Jason started his first position as an intern in Vail. Upon returning to Chicago, he looked at other aspects of the food industry, but ultimately his desire to cook and provide people joy though food drove him back to the kitchen.
When the opportunity to return to the west and join the iconic Inn and Spa at Loretto arouse, Jason leapt at the opportunity. He is excited to continue to showcase his thoughtful cuisine and contribute to the Santa Fe culture.
