Chef David Sellers, Street Food Institute

Dave Sellers is currently the Street Food Institute’s Executive Chef and program director. The Street Food Institute is a culinary entrepreneurship teaching program whose mission is to assist start ups of small food based businesses in NM. Dave has cooked professionally for twenty plus years. In Santa Fe Dave has been the chef of the venerable Santacafe for ten years, and also owned his own restaurant Amavi for 4 years. Dave has also traveled extensively studying regional cuisines and street food around the world.
