Chef Matt Schnooberger, Freight House Kitchen + Tap
Texas native Matt Schnooberger is the Chef of Freight House. Matt has won various cooking contests including Rock the Boat, Great American Seafood Cook-Off, as well as participating in the Great Taste Challenge in San Diego, CA. In his free time, Matt enjoys camping, brewing beer, and gardening.
Chef Matt will be competing for the Road Runner Food Bank as his charity.
