Chef Bryan Romero
Born and raised in the South Valley, Chef Bryan Romero, is a New Mexico native and the son of a longtime chef. His dad taught him early on about hard work and expressing his creativity. Those two principals lead him to the kitchen. He began his cooking career with Chef Marc Quinones. After a stint at Bien Shur at Sandia Resort working under Chef J. Martin Torrez, he left to take over at Chama River Brewing Co. He is now the at the helm of Kellys Brew Pub as executive chef.
