Chef Ivan Labra, Plaza Café Southside

Ivan Labra  was born in 1985 in Puente de ixtla morelos,  Mexico. He came to US in 2004 and began working in different restaurants and learning along the way. He started  at the Plaza Café Southside four years ago and has worked his way up to Head Chef.

Chef Ivan will be competing for Adelante as his charity.
