Chef Jean-Pierre Vincent, Agave Lounge at Eldorado Hotel & Spa
Jean–Pierre Vincent was born in Caracas, Venezuela. His mother is Cuban and his father is French. JP is culturally diverse in his style and food; speaks five different languages and spent several years in Europe, including Italy, France, Germany, Greece, Spain and Morocco. He has also worked with world renowned hotel companies such as the Ritz-Carlton and the Hilton Hotel. With the daily family routine revolving around food and wine, it became obvious to him, that this would be the career he would pursue, following the path to becoming a Chef. He left for Europe to strengthen his culinary skills and worked In Garmisch-Partenkirchen Germany situated in the Bavarian Alps. Soon after, he moved to Italy and worked in various Michelin Star restaurants and 5 star 5 Diamond resort Hotels. Due to the extensive amount of experience he possessed at such a young age, he was offered the position of Chef Instructor at Le cordon Bleu Academy of Culinary Arts. The inspirations behind his food are influenced by local ingredients and “cutting edge” Techniques. Jean-Pierre and the Eldorado Hotel & Spa are here to service the community with a fresh new culinary vision in hopes that community and beyond will enjoy the ambiance, service and presentation of our new restaurant menu and overall dining experience.
