Chef Shane Alexander

Chef Shane who is a South African native started his career in food and beverage as a chef after traveling with-in the U.S.A on an H2B visa from 2005-2008. His interest in the culinary arts was sparked when working at the Enchantment Resort in Sedona AZ and at The tides Inn in Irvington VA while working in the Front of House as a Server. He has worked as a chef in numerous Resorts and Club Houses including the Club at Las Campanas where he grew to become the Executive Sous Chef before taking on the roll as Head Chef at El Farol on Canyon Rd. He is the proud father of 2 boys and loves spending time in the kitchen with his 7yr old Jameson, who has taken an interest in cooking.
