Anthony Smith, a London-born, soccer-loving chef, is in command of the kitchens at Eldorado Hotel & Spa. As Executive Chef, Smith oversees the Old House restaurant, AGAVE Lounge, CAVA Santa Fe Lounge, and all food & beverage operations for 22,000 sq. ft. of function space. Chef Smith expertly creates dishes that please and satisfy the palate.
