Milton’s love and passion for food started at a young age growing up in New Orleans.  While earning a degree in music, Milton worked at Emeril’s, where he sharpened his culinary skills.  Hurricane Katrina brought Milton to Santa Fe where currently, he expresses his culinary wisdom at Second Street Brewery.

Chef Milton will be competing for Pancakes on the Plaza as his charity.
