Chef Edgar Beas, Anasazi Restaurant
Chef Beas joined Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi in early 2016. He most recently served as chef de cuisine at Madera, Rosewood Sand Hill’s Michelin star restaurant. His formal training includes time in Spain at Martin Berasategui Restaurant, where he learned from Chef Martin Berasategui himself.
Chef Edgar will be competing for Pete’s Place as his charity.
