Chef Francisco Delgado

Boxcar’s Chef team is led by a power duo of various skill sets. Chef Francisco Delgado of Ojocaliente, Mexico started with Boxcar at the beginning of 2017 and through hard work and perseverance, moved up the ranks at Boxcar. His success at high-volume operations has allowed Boxcar to blossom into the budding business it has become, maintaining Boxcar’s made-from-scratch integrity regardless whether his crew is dishing out plates for 250 people here to see the World Cup or serving a quaint lunch on Monday afternoon. As of this summer, Chef Shane Alexander joins Francisco, as the company looks at expansion. Shane studied at the Warwick’s Chef School in South Africa and worked with top chefs in New Mexico since 2009.
